Culver Aviation, a Ukrainian technology company that develops and mass-produces its own UAVs and provides aerial monitoring services with their help, with offices in the US, UK, and Cyprus, will continue to operate under the new Culver Aerospace brand. The rebranding marks the beginning of a new era for our rapidly growing company.
Since 2021, when the company started operating under the Culver Aviation brand after attracting investments, our potential and ambitions have changed significantly, and the old name no longer fully reflected them.
Over the past 2 years, our company has significantly expanded both the line of UAVs of its design and production and the range of services provided with their help. Culver Aviation engineers have developed new multi-rotor unmanned aerial systems, agrodrones, and the Menatir air monitoring network. The creation of the latter is evidence of the company's transition from the development and production of individual technologies to the creation of integrated system solutions and the introduction of innovations.
In addition to aerial and agricultural monitoring, we have expanded our activities to include construction, forestry, mining, and solving problems of public services, territorial communities, etc. Since the outbreak of the war, we have joined the digitization of the war's consequences as part of the Russia Will Pay project, and are also engaged in humanitarian demining and the creation of 3D models of damaged buildings for post-war reconstruction and the clearance of mines and explosive remnants.
Culver Aviation has scaled up its R&D and production departments, allowing us to develop the manufacturing of components for drones. Today, the company produces up to 85% of the components for its drones, including flight controllers and electric motors, and is working on the production of batteries and electrical circuits for our drones.
Our growth and belief in the company's development prospects are confirmed by the implementation of several strategic partnerships and new investments, which reflect support for our mission and values, strengthen our market position, and create new opportunities for the implementation of ambitious projects and large strategic plans in the future.
After a thorough review of our goals, mission, and ambitions in the drone industry, we concluded that the new company name should reflect our growth, expanded services, and improved efficiency of the technologies we develop.
We are pleased to share that from now on, Culver Aviation will continue to operate under the Culver Aerospace brand!
